Willow Woods LLC was founded by Brandon, a Certified Project Manager (CPM) with over 23 years in the utility industry — including nearly 20 years at Southern California Edison and additional work supporting SDG&E territory projects.


The reality in commercial development is clear: most developers, architects, engineers, and city planners are excellent at what they do — but navigating utility infrastructure, capacity constraints, and service extension processes requires a different skill set entirely. That's where Willow Woods comes in.
